Terms of Service, Tax Policy & Services Warranty

1. Non-Retailer & Tax Policy Disclosure

Revelli Professional I.T. Services, Inc. is not a retailer and does not sell, resell, broker, distribute, or profit from tangible products, software licenses, subscriptions, or services provided by third parties.

Any equipment, software, licenses, subscriptions, or services that may be suggested or recommended by Revelli Professional I.T. Services, Inc. are obtained solely by the Client or on the Client’s behalf for reimbursement purposes only. All applicable state and federal taxes are satisfied at the time of purchase and are remitted directly to the selling entity in accordance with governing law.

Under no circumstances will Revelli Professional I.T. Services, Inc. purchase or resell equipment, products, or services from wholesalers, distributors, or any source in which applicable sales or use taxes are not fully paid at the time of purchase.

Revelli Professional I.T. Services, Inc. provides professional services only and assumes no ownership, resale responsibility, warranty obligation, or tax liability for third-party products or services.

2. Services Warranty

Revelli Professional I.T. Services, Inc. warrants that all services are performed in a professional and workmanlike manner, consistent with generally accepted industry standards.

If an issue arises that is directly related to services previously performed, the Client must notify Revelli Professional I.T. Services, Inc. within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the services were performed to qualify for warranty remediation.

Verified warranty-related issues will be remedied at no additional charge and will be scheduled on the next available service date, at the sole discretion of Revelli Professional I.T. Services, Inc.

This services warranty applies only to the specific services originally performed and does not cover:

  • New, unrelated, or subsequently arising issues
  • Modifications or changes made by the Client or any third party
  • Hardware failure, software updates, operating system changes, vendor updates, or environmental factors occurring after service completion
  • Issues caused by misuse, neglect, power anomalies, network changes, or circumstances beyond reasonable control

This warranty is limited exclusively to corrective service and does not include refunds, credits, or compensation beyond the scope of the original services rendered.
